Competitive wage $17 - $21/ hour, based on experience. On-site, private accommodation. Full time position from April -November. 35-45 hours/week. Food prep,batch cooking for up to 140 people. Experienced in preparing meals for those with special diets and food allergies. Supervision of all kitchen operations and staff during Kitchen Managers absence. Proven leadership & strong people skills. Follow standards for food safety, presentation and quality, as well as kitchen safety and sanitation. Position Open until filled. Send in resumes ASAP.
